The Snooty Kitchen – Snacks, Baked Pretzels, Pretzel Buns & Catering

1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders placed with The Snooty Kitchen, whether via phone, email, website, or in-person. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.

2. Products & Services

The Snooty Kitchen offers handmade snacks, baked pretzels, pretzel buns, and catering services. All our products are made in a home-based bakery in Kilkenny, Ireland.

2.1 Allergens

While we take care to list known allergens, our kitchen handles wheat, gluten, dairy, nuts, and other potential allergens. Please inform us of any dietary requirements before placing an order. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

3. Orders

Orders can be placed directly through our website, social media, phone, or email. Confirmation of your order will be sent via email or SMS.

3.1 Lead Time

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for most orders. Catering and large orders may require more notice depending on volume and availability.

4. Payment

Full payment is required upon confirmation of your order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payment via:

• PayPal

Invoices will be provided for online-Ordern via Mail. Invoices for Catering or business orders are included in the delivery or via Mail.

5. Delivery & Collection

We offer delivery within Kilkenny and surrounding areas. Delivery fees may apply depending on location and order size.

Alternatively, orders can be collected by prior arrangement from our premises.

5.1 Shipping Outside of Europe

We do not ship outside of Europe under any circumstances.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the agreed delivery or collection time. Late cancellations may incur charges or may not be refunded depending on product perishability and preparation stage.

Refunds are issued at our discretion in cases of product issues or cancellation.

7. Liability

The Snooty Kitchen is not liable for any indirect loss, injury, or damage once the product has been delivered or collected and accepted.

Customers are responsible for the appropriate handling and storage of goods once received.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, images, and materials used by The Snooty Kitchen remain the property of the business and may not be reproduced without written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
